环氧地坪漆一般施工方法：一、环氧地坪表面的处理1、新竣工的工业环氧地坪必须经过一定的养护后方可施工，约28天。2、清除表面的水泥浮浆、旧漆以及粘附的垃圾杂物。3、彻底清除表面的油污，用克油王清洗剂处理。4、清除积水，并使潮处彻底干燥。5、表面的清洁需用无尘清扫机及大型吸尘器来完成。6、平整的表面允许空隙为2～2.5mm，含水量在6％以下，PH值6～80。7、地坪表面的打毛，需用无尘打磨机来完成，并用吸尘器彻底清洁。8、对地坪表面的洞孔和明显凹陷处应用腻子来填补批刮，实干后，打磨吸尘。

六、施工注意事项

环氧砂浆地坪漆施工方法：

对素地的要求 表面干燥，含水率小于8%，表面无起沙、粉化、空鼓、龟裂现象，基层素地要有防水层（原有素地已施工）。
